The BIA PAC supports candidates that are champions of housing and will work to improve our ability to build the housing this region needs. A healthy housing market supports a healthy business economy. If employees can’t live here, businesses won’t thrive.

During this election season, the BIA PAC Board of Governors and Stewards will conduct polling, support candidates and assess ballot measures, all with the goal of supporting the industry. SB 1439 makes it very difficult to contribute directly to a candidate, our PAC can step in and support the candidates we need to serve San Diego County.
